Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. Please check your inbox (or spam folder) for this confirmation. If you haven’t received anything within a few hours, feel free to contact us.
Yes, you can. If you made a mistake or need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@laurnt.com with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is processed.
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in original condition. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy page.
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
5:00 PM (CET) Central European Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
5 to 12 business days.
All orders are shipped with trusted carriers, including Australia Post, CJPacket, and 4PX Express.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@laurnt.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
Yes, all orders shipped within Australia qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
